Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page.

During peak seasons (Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day) or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 3–4 business days after shipping.
• Free Shipping: All orders over $50 ship free!
• Orders under $50 are charged a shipping rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control are unfortunately not something we can guarantee against, but we will always do our best to help resolve any issues.
