Refund policy

If you would like to request a return, your item must be brought into one of our retail locations in NJ/NY, with proof of purchase and/or online receipt, within 30 days. 

You can request a return from your account, please note that we do not provide return shipping, and a 5% restocking fee will be charged. Returns accepted for 30 days.

FINAL SALE ITEMS (returns not accepted): Freeze Dried products and Sale products.
