Shorted me 4 pounds of good and plenty

I contacted you this week on an Order that was incorrect. You said you sent 2 3 pound bags Of good and plenty, and you only sent me two bags that weighed 1 pound each. I took pictures of the candy unopened on a scale that red 1 pound and you still denied the claim and said you sent me 2 3 pound bags. I never received a message after the picture I sent of the candy on the scale. I called my credit card company to credit me for the 4 pounds of candy you shorted me. Will never shop on this site again.
